 Fish Safari is also a FFL/SOT dealer.    We do incoming transfers from out of state and retail sales.   If we can get it for you at a better price we will.  Fee is $25.00 for transfers, SOT is 50.00.  There are no transfer charges if you purchase from us.
Basic process is make your purchase. If there is an option to choose us at your time of purchase, do so and it should arrive to us with all the info we need. If there is not that option, the seller should make contact with you, get there preferred method of receiving the FFL.  Then either call or send us that info to captainsafari@fishsafari.com along with your contact info.  We send the seller the FFL they send us the item and when it arrives we notify you.  When you come in to pick it up you fill out the two forms one state one Federal, and when the approval comes through you’re done.

 2 forms of ID with the same address Drivers License and something else with the same address  like a vehicle registration, power bill, phone bill, lease, Concealed weapons permit, Hunting License, etc.


Transfer Policies
The Ass Hole Clause  AND Yes they CAN be HARSH !!!!!!!!!!!! There designed that way to prevent Bull SH*T!!!!!!!!!!!!  

Firearms NOT picked-up within 30 DAYS of arrival ARE SUBJECT to
a $10/day storage fee for every day after the grace period unless prior
arrangements have been made.  Ownership of the item transfers to Fish
Safari / Monsterguns.com at 60 fee days (90 days total) OR where the fees
incurred equal the value of the item. 
Any unpaid / unclaimed / or abandoned transfers become the property of
Fish Safari / Monsterguns.com and they can dispose of said gun to pay for the
fees.  
Items are considered unclaimed or abandoned 90 days after
receipt, unless prior arrangements have been made.
ie. A $400.00 valued item transfers ownership at 40 fee days (70
days total) due to it reaching its value. 
A $2000.00 item transfers ownership at 60 fee days (90 days total) due to
time limit.
ALL  DENIED
Transactions will incur a fee of $100.00 and storage fees are effective
immediately ($10.00 per day).  All  legal and other fees incurred will be the responsibility of the denied person.

Denied persons have the right to appeal to the VA
State Police.  Fees will be  adjusted on a case by case basis if the appeal comes back approved.   
If you are denied you have options.  
1. If seller will take back the item.  The outbound $100.00 denied fee and and
all shipping charges must be paid by denied person. 
2. Consign the firearm. 20% of sale and 100.00 denied fee.


Consignment of Firearms 
20% of sale fee (unless other agreements are made in writing)
plus all incurred listing fees if placed on auction sites. 
Please specify a minimum selling price. Consignment is for 120 days. 
A 4473 form must be filled out for return of consignment and transfer fee
paid.
